Harrah's East Chicago isn't exactly new. The hotel is at least a couple of years old. The rooms are very nice.
Not sure how fevduzer@aol.com determined that the Harrah's payback on the slots was 88%. Harrah's makes the most cash in the area and Majestic, the least cash.
Harrah's East Chicago, Indiana is about 40 miles from downtown Chicago.
