New GT VP Machines

They replaced the first five or six machines on the left in the
main VP room. Oh they have 9/6 JOB all right but they chopped the
royal down to 2500 so be careful. Hope this isn't a sign of the new
Greektown. ARN

Definitely a bad sign. The VP in Detroit seems to go in cycles.
Greektown used to be the best by far. Then Motor City had the quarter
triple plays and the progressives. Then MGM added pick 'em. Then
Greektown brought pick 'em back. On and on.

Looks like Greektown is going to try and scrape every nickel out of
their video poker selections. Once they see the idle time on the
machines, they will get the idea. In the meantime, MGM or Windsor work.

They were just setting up a new 12 screen upstairs, progressive vp
bar yesterday when I was there. I don't know what games will be on it
yet, but it will still be dollar vp from what the installer told me.
I stayed even for three hours playing quarter P'E, then left.

Terry; Some of those were in play last night when I left. did not get the pay scales, the progressive amount was on the machines and not on the over head like they had before. Two on the left were flat tops and were out of service.
