New Game - Anything's Wild

According to WinPoker,
If 2's are wild return for $1 paytable is 98.91
If 7's are wild, return for $1 paytable is only 96.83
What would the optimum wild card be?

I read a column written by Bob Dancer after he saw this game at one
of the gambling shows. The optimum wild card is the deuce. Making 3-
9 wild reduces the number of possible straights. Making 10-Ace wild
destroys the possibility of a natural royal.

the least valuable card: the deuce
deuce only completes two possible straights (A2345,23456)
ace and king also only complete two possible straights, but they are
part of the top hand: the royal
five to ten complete five possible straights
four and jack complete four possible straights
three and queen complete three possible straights
