New EW offer

Thanks - maybe it just takes them a while to add someone to their mailing
list.

Dennis - just wondering (since you seem to be a regular at EW). I stopped

in

one time a couple of months ago and put 500 points ($5,000 action) on my
card. For Laughlin, I assumed that would be good enough to get some decent

mailed

offers. So far nada. Your thoughts?

We had two trips to Laughlin this year, put 606 points and 214
respectively at EW, My wife put somewhat less on hers.
Our other trips had been to LV. Our next trip will be next week at the
EW for the Charlie Daniels concert.
However, we stay more often at River Palms where we play more. About
95% of my play is on 25c FPDW. EW seems to combine both of our play
(addressed to both of us, even tho we have separate accounts) for the
single mail offers while RP gives us separate mail offers.

We have been going to Laughlin for the past 7 years. So maybe they look
at more than one visit. The $5,000 of action should be pretty good for
Laughlin standards.

So far, I have never gotten a royal flush in Laughlin. :frowning: My wife has
gotten, 1 at GN, 1 at CB, 4 at RP and I play more hands then her.

I brought my son down to Laughlin for his 21st birthday in July. He
got a card from the Edgewater, and his first mailing came yesterday.
I am sure you will get some offers.

Just curious... What was his first time offer?

My son is a broke as I was at the age of 21. He had his hand out the
whole trip with the puppy dog look. I am sure he never put more than
$100 through on a new card, but he did play some BJ without giving
out his card. Anyway, his offer was for $4/night rooms for the next 2
months. I was talking to him this evening, and he is thinking about
bringing down about 3 or 4 more of his equally as broke friends, for
the 3 nights. He was wondering how many people he could get into that
$4/night room. Bluestreak was there, and he can confirm about my sons
lack of action on the card.

As a side note, my wife and I were in Laughlin in August, and used
his card at the Colorado Belle, as I did not want to mess up my great
offers from them with minimal play. He has not got a single offer
from the CB. Strange.
