New e-mail and Web site

My new Web site : http://queenofcomps.com
New e-mail address: queenofcomps@cox.net. Please change in your address book right away, since the old one will bounce.

I want to give notice that my former Web site, frugalgambler.biz, is
temporarily not under my control and I have not approved any of the
businesses on that page - most are rip-off sites. Sad to say, my former
business partner (and former friend), Jim Wolf, has "hijacked" the domain. If you click on my name or anything related to frugal gambling appearing on that page, you will not get to my new site or to any site that would give you
the reliable information you expect from me. Instead, every click puts money in the pocket of someone who is trying to steal and benefit from my trademark.

Obviously, and much to my disappointment and reluctance, I am going to have to take legal action in this unethical
situation, but this takes time and in the meantime I didn't want anyone to be misled.

A big thank-you to everyone who has written to me privately and given their support in this matter. We are not going to let one pesky flea spoil our life!

Jean $ott - "FRUGAL VIDEO POKER"
This new book (autographed) and other
frugal products are now available at
   my new Web site, http://queenofcomps.com.

I am grateful to the 2 people who have given me information on the
Inge Telnaes patent (# 4,448,419). Mr. Legato constantly misspells
his name as Telnaus. And the original patent, which was indeed issued
in 1984 does not contain the words "virtual reels". This was why I
could not find it. There is also nothing about its being assigned to
anyone, not even IGT.

As an aside, the patent I did find in 1986 assigned to Bally Gaming
(# 4,711,451) basically seems to cover the same process. Is anyone
familiar with patent law and can explain this?

However, if SS and CP actually engaged in fact checking .Legato's
error would have been quickly noted.

It's important to me to have set the record straight as I always try
to check facts before I assert them, here or elsewhere. Again I am
very grateful to both sources for setting the record straight.

Bill
