The revised procedures are contained in the "CONDUCT" paragraphs
and in the links in the "CONDUCT" paragraphs.
The significant change is that "The vpFREE Administrator will rely
on vpFREE's members to police conduct violations, and will move any
"Disruptive Thread" to FREEvpFREE, which is the free speech adjunct
of vpFREE."
These new procedures are pretty cut and dried and should
make life much easier for me by eliminating most of the agonizing
I've done over how to handle a lot of situations. They also clearly
define for all members exactly what the ground rules are.
