Well I was skeptical about this April 1st date. I my mind I put the
over/under at about Labor Day. There has not been anything published (right?) about
Gaming giving Marnell the thumbs-up.

I thought Columbia Sussex would get the keys for the Ramada Express first.

Has there been anything done lately to further the shopping plaza project
between the Aquarius and the Regency? I have walked past the same pile of dirt

Seems like I saw or heard somewhere that the Riverwalk Plaza project was a "go" but that
was like 2-3 months ago. Things don't seem to move very fast in that area, do they? I've
heard about other projects across the river like Ross and Target that just seem to sit there.
