I’ve had the comp portion accrue after I finish play. Their card reader software is circa 1996 so it has some issues. As for slot points, I would record my point total ( the old readers will give you a point number) then play $100 through and then check it again. You will need to count hands. If your phone has video, I’d record the play just so you have proof. If they don’t match up, I’d go to a level above the booth. They will just tell you that you made a mistake and it’s impossible that their system doesn’t work.
For slots, it should be 1 tier point for each $3 coin in. Be careful on tier points vs machine points. I published what I recorded for video poker. Slots should accrue 3 times faster.
So, $1 coin in should be one machine point and 3 machine points should be one tier point.
