anyone have any information on how easy or hard to use new car rental

new car rental facility
I was rather apprehensive when I heard they had switched to the new facility
and we were scheduled arrive on Friday, 6 April. But, we were quit surprised
how smoothly it went. We were picked-up at the normal location and taken to
the new facility within minutes. As I approached the Budget counter at the
new facility, a man asked if I was a Fastbreak member. When I told him yes,
he looked up my name and said I was all set. Within minutes I was in the new
garage and driving Downtown.
Drop-off was just as easy; signs indicated where to go, turning in the car
was a breeze and the bus (there were numerous present) was ready to
transport us to the airport.
My only complaint was that the bus driver dropped us off at the opposite end
from where my check-in was with Southwest.

Overall, it wasn't bad at all. We had a long line outside to ride
back to the airport after returning the car, but it moved pretty
fast.
