New BConnected

A lot of the new information is now on their website. It mostly
explains the new tiers and their benefits. I don't see anything about
the coin-in needed to earn a point even though one of the FAQ's is
"How do I earn BConnected Points?"

Here's the link to the new tier benefits -

https://www.bconnectedonline.com/tier-benefits

One of the dumbest things I have ever seen when putting out new card is that new players (Ruby card) do not get any points until they become Saphire. Great way to entice new players to get a card, tell them that they will not get any points.

It is dumb, no points first tier. Here in Pennsylvania my grandson plays in local joint. He watches his points and just made a tier. He is playing for points from first day he had his card.

Maybe they are turning toward Atlantic City management. They more AC tightened up the more the profits

plunged. SO…they tightened up more. A C is a ghost town in winter. Good for 3 months.

Cheers…Jeep

Maybe I missed it, are 3X points gone for Emerald Card?

It appears to be so, however, nothing that I can see on their website gives any specifics as to returns.

No more multiple points for any tiers, unless it is a multiplier day.

What is the CI for a tier point? Thanks

My wife and I are both Emerald card holders and we played at Gold Coast this morning. It appears that you get one point for two dollars played and when we got home I looked at our total points and we received 1 1/2 times the points earned instead of three times as before. I haven’t seen this published anywhere at the casino or on line.

Which type of points are those Bconnected or Tier ?

Suncoast has signs up for 11x points on vp this week. So it must be $2/point now. 11x days being .55. That sound right?

Two things noted on the web site. Under my Tier Credits section it was changed to zero credits with a note saying “Due to high system traffic associated with the launch of the all-new B Connected, your current card status is in the process of being updated and may take up to 48 hours to display your new tier credit balance, card level, and expiration date.” Will be interesting to see what appears.

The other thing is a change in the Young at Heart Wednesday rules. The bonus point multiplier is set at 11 times points on reels and video poker for Sapphire members and above. The virtual drawing appears to have changed to five winners of $500 each, payable in “cashable B Connected points” added to the winner’s account. There is also a Wednesday “Celebration Spin” with a total prize pool of $2,500 slot dollars to be divided among all those eligible who earlier selected a particular color. The full rules, effective this Wednesday, are available on the site.

BConnected points.

One of the first responses in this thread said:
“Tier credits will be calculated separately from regular points and based on theo.” based on info from the preview party. If that is the case, the CI will vary based upon what machine you are playing.

Since it’s based on theo does this make drawings basically hopeless at vp?

Yeah if drawings are earned on tier credits, the value of the promo is worth the same as it is to the slot player. Another big advantage of playing VP is gone since basically ALL players will earn one entry per ~50 cents of theo. Actually high limit slot players will earn more entries vs.the theo they accrue. High limit slots can have holds as low as 4 to 5%.

Does anyone know how many tier credits you get for slots?
