I was talking to a driver for the Clearwater Casino in Washington,
and he said Nevada law sets no minimum payback percent for gaming,
whereas legal minimums do exist in other states, such as Washington
and New Jersey. I thought there was a minimum in Nevada, but wasn't
sure. Anyone know?
