Exactly. The Cannery and the Nevada Palace are part of Cannery Resorts
Inc, a privately held company. They also run the Rampart, leasing the
space from Marriott.
Just last month, Oaktree Capital out of CA bought 33% of Cannery
Resorts. I think the price was at or near $300 Million.
