Last year about this time, a rumor was going around about the vacant lot along side of The Nevada Palace. According to a Nev. Palace waitress, the Cannery was going to build a casino on that lot. Would any of you locals know if anything is being done on that piece of property? There has been a sign out there saying, "This is the site of a Future Casino"..or something like that... for five years now. The land is right across the highway from the "Town and Country Manor III" . Thanks. Dick McKenna.
