Nevada Commission employee/jail

Hello,

The guy first got caught in AC after a friend won a $100,000 Keno
machine prize at Ballys. The friend's ID was from Vegas but he had checked in to
Ballys using an ID from a Caribbean island. Someone caught the mismatched IDs.
The NJ State police went to the winner's room and found a 2nd. guy later
identified as the Nevada employee. The Nevada employee then left Ballys and flew
home to Vegas where he was arrested in McCarran airport on the quickly filed NJ
charges.

The NJ charges were later resolved by negotiation much later down the
road and no trial or jail time ensued.
The NJ charges seemed very weak and it took the authorities a very long time
to partially understand what actually happened in AC and they never did get it
right.

The Nevada authorities started their own investigation and that led to
the Nevada cheating charges and conviction. I think the guy received a 6 year
sentance and served less than that and has been out for several years.

The guy seems to be a very smart, pleasant, nonaggressive fellow.

I don't know what he's doing now but I believe he recently was working
in IT for a Las Vegas publisher.

If you're still curious you can find the guy on the web in 2 minutes.
He answers emails and may tell you about the RNG technology & theory that
existed when he was active. He referred me to specific online technical articles
that were beyond my expertise but perhaps not your's.
