Nevada Bonus Poker

Why doesn't anyone seem to play Nevada Bonus Poker ? I can't find any
computer or printed strategy either. The pay schedule I'm referring
to pays 11 for a fullhouse, 8 for a flush, 5 for a straight, 3 for 3
aces, 250 for 4 aces and even money for JoB and 2pair. I've tried to
program my Win Poker program for EV payback and strategy, but I quess
I'm a techno-idiot, because the strategy/payback my programj produces
is gobbledygook. Does anyone have payback percentage/strategy for
this game. It's at the El Cortez on their MD machines.
Thanks.

There's one of these "full-pay" Nevada bonuses at Peppermill_Reno also.
If anyone does private e-mail, I'd appreciate a reply also.
I been playing it on my intuition, as a diversion for a 20 here and there. I drew all 4
Aces this last trip - that was a slick $250. I imagine 3RF > lone Ace, but I am unsure
if A > 2 RF. a strategy sheet would solve all.

Winning Strategies for Video Poker has a strategy table for Nevada
Bonus Poker, but with Quad A's paying 200, Trip A's paying 6, regular
trips paying 3 and Full House Paying 10.

In the original post it said trip A's paying 3?

In the case of the paytable I described, 2-Card Royals play over a
single Ace. The other key point would be that a Pair of Aces is
played over Two Pairs.

meant that I kept THREE card flushes as`in 10/7DB.
Forgive my poor typing skills!

I'm only speaking for myself here. I've only seen NBP machines a few times in the past 4 years (the last time was at the President Casino in St. Louis in 2002) and when I put the pay scales into WP it comes up a 96% game. Or worse.

--Thanks! Of course you are exactly right about the paytable for
Nevada Bonus poker. I guess I stayed away from LV too long to
remember it correctly (I haven't been back since April) and I never
played it since I had no strategy reference til now. It just "looked
good" to me. I'd be interested in hearing about anyone elses's
experience with playing this game.

I think you can use vpfreebie to practice. No strategy charts.
