an agreement with U.S. authorities allowing them to return depositors
money for the next 75 days starting March 21.

I haven't seen anything that says the money will be returned within
75 days. Neteller says that they will announce a plan in the next 75
days. Who knows when they will actually release funds! This, from
the Neteller website:
"The recent agreements between NETELLER, Navigant Consulting, and the
US Attorney's Office (USAO) represent an important step in the
process of an orderly distribution of funds to US customers. These
agreements outline the terms and a timeline under which NETELLER will
work toward distributing the funds. As a result, the Group
anticipates that within the next 75 days it will be able to announce
the plan by which the funds will be distributed to US customers."

When/if the funds will be returned is anyone's guess. The fact that
NT announced today that they will cease doing gaming-related business
with Canadians is not a good sign given that Canada was the bulk of
their remaining business...
