The quick summary is that Neteller is not processing any transactions for US customers right now. Not deposits, withdrawls, EFT, debit card or peer to peer transfers. Whatever money you have on account isn't moving right now. The US gov also seized about $55 million in pending transfers.
Will you ever get your money? Good question. Is there any way for a US citizen to move his money right now? No.
