Correct. I received the email and you cannot redeem before August 1.

Today I withdrew the $17,000 of mine they've been holding.

Course I've lost about a grand in interest since the freeze.

Then again, I left funds in that no-interest cesspool for too long anyway.
They might have saved me money.
