I did not mean to imply funds in US Neteller accounts were forfeit, though I
wouldn't bet on getting my $100 any time soon;-) Maybe if I wrote my
congress person and specified it as a campaign donation? Did not know it
was just 55 million dollars. I'll assume this is not the whole US
enchilada.

And the latest twist: Funds in U.S. customer accounts have been
siezed (frozen?) by the U.S. government.
The funds subject to seizure were those in transit at the time that
the US Atty Office acted to halt all Neteller transactions. All other
funds on deposit are secure. Those funds presumably will be held by
Neteller until an acceptable refunding method is agreed to by the USAO.
I wouldn't look for there to be any ultimate forfeiture of funds. The
USAO simply wants to make it unattractive for any such funding entity
to do business with US consumers. (I'm sure the USAO wouldn't mind if
a few consumers are disuaded away from online gaming in the process.)
