Thanks to all who responded. Paladin was right. I called Customer Service and was told because I attempted to log in from an ISP in a country not my own, the account was locked. They did unlock it and said when I got home I would have to call them again because it wouldn't work from the states. However, when I logged on from home, it went right to my account.
It's good to know their security is so good!!
