I am currently in Europe to attend a professional meeting. I
attempted to log on to my Neteller account this morning only to find
that my account has been closed. No explanation. Does anyone know if
it´s possible to withdraw funds that were in there? I don´t keep a
balance, but had several deposits made over the weekend that hadn´t
yet hit that account before I left home on Monday. I emailed them,
but haven´t yet had a response.

I just logged into my account and everything was fine. There have
been times when accounts have been closed for maintenance, and that
may depend on your level.
It's not closed, it's been locked because you logged in from a
location far away from home. Call up customer support and answer their
security questions and they'll unlock the account.

That's a possible explanation, but I don't remember having a problem
like that when I've logged on from Europe.
At any rate, Neteller is working fine for me, so whatever problem
Caroline had can best be resolved by following paladin's suggestion
to just call Neteller.

I was locked out just from trying to log in from work (because
apparently someone else had used that location for their account) and
now only log in to Neteller from my home computer.
