NETeller and Firepay accounts

For people that are new to online and just thinking about it---these
are probably the two most popular banking options. NETeller seems to
be the cheapest (free), but I opened a Firepay just to play at Casino-
On-Net because the wagering requirements were 20X with Firepay and 50X
with NETeller. The Firepay charge was $3.99 for a $500 deposit (no
charge on withdrawals). The deal was deposit $200, get a bonus of
$200. I played $5/hand blackjack and cashed out at $500 plus $4 comps-
--just enough to cover the Firepay charge. From one support
person, I found out that NETeller charges 2.9% on deposits to the
casino.
