are you trying to calculate the ER?
skipping the dealt royal prog for the moment, you just need to average
the three lines, and calculate the ER (and strategy) accordingly.
(1100+1000+1440)/3 = 1180. so you're dealing with 8/5 jacks with a
$1180 royal prog, which is 97.7% or so.
dealt royal happens once in 650k dealt hands. normally at those prog
levels you'd get $3540, but you're getting $47000 instead, an extra
($47000-$3540)/$3.75 ~= 11600 bets. so added ER from the dealt royal
prog is 11600/650000 ~= 1.78%.
dealt royal prog doesn't affect strategy at all, since once you have a
strategy decision to make, you're clearly not getting a dealt royal on
that hand.
it's just extra money that gets dumped on you
occasionally. so you play it like 8/5 jacks with a $1180 royal, and it
returns 99.5% or so in the very long run, but on any given day (or
week or month) you should expect it to chew up money as quickly as any
other 8/5 jacks machine.
cheers,
five
