Need help with tickets for "O"

Hi, y'all. My daughter, who is way overdue for a break from mommyhood
and I have an annual Las Vegas getaway coming up. She'd love to
see "O," but their box office says there's nothing left but single
seats and those with "obstructive views." They suggested we talk to
our hotel because they sometimes have blocks of tickets set aside for
their customers. We will be staying the LVH over March 24-27. (I
typically get free rooms at LVH, but not much else.) I spoke to Gloria
at LVH and she said no such thing, Bellagio doesn't work with them and
there's no way they can help.

Any suggestions? I know the subject has come up in the past and as I
recall Ms. Craps has good ideas about scoring tickets but I don't
remember what they are. Other than using a scalper, can it be done?
I'd appreciate your feedback ?

Sometimes you can find tickets on eBay. Also, they sometimes relearse tickets on the day of the show (and they start a separate line early in the day for those ticket sales).

  I hope this helps.

If you have a friend who plays large at MGM/Mirage properties, they
could have their host set aside tickets for YOU to pay cash for
(assuming the VIP services/hosts didn't allocate their inventory for
all shows while you're there). You'll get the best seats in the house
and pay only face value for them.

Hi Louise from LA

In addition to tip about big player (BP) you might be able to use
your own card if you have one from the Bellagio or sister properties.
You can pay for the tickets and get vip seats. Last time I was in
Vegas I got 6 seats for Mystere from my host at Mirage. I haven't
played heavy at Mirage in years. However, my host is friendly with me
even though I don't play there much. Each time I go Vegas I breeze
through Mirage, play a little and say "hi" to my host. He always asks
when I'm going to stay at Mirage. Of course just because we are
friends doesn't mean he did anything wrong. I'm sure it's ok to do
that. Also a friend with a card doesn't necessarily have to be a BP.

By the way, as I remember "O", there are no bad seats there. Much
like Mystere. But it's been a long time since I been there.

Cheers...Jeep

A couple of years ago, I got front-row tickets for "O" via
Ticketmaster just by checking a week or so prior to the days I would
be in LV. Just check daily at the Ticketmaster website. Apparently
it's normal practice to release tickets that have been held back for
VIPs, high-rollers, etc. Warning: if the say "wet seats", be prepared
to get wet! Still had a great time though.
