Need Help Calculating Return

I get 141.7%. Possibly, you've made an error in copying the paytable? If
not, go play the darn thing!

Where in the world would you find a game like this sounds like a hoax to me, but would love to play it where is it the pros would go nuts playing it till it was pullrd
