full-pay notation
Double Bonus 9/7/5, 10/7/4, 9/7/4 and 9/6/4 are the most popular beyond
that. I have seen 6/5/4 Double Bonus.
It bothers me when the Full house/Flush/Straight are not completely defined
for Double Bonus, since there could be that 1.1% difference.
