I don't think all of this analysis is necessary for the strategy
shift for the particular hand in question: KQJ9,x

It is much simply done in Excel, once the distribution of the paying
hands for each hold is obtained from WinPoker or FVP. And those do
not depend on the Royal Premium; or in fact any particular payout
table.

What?

If you cut and paste the above lines into Excel, you should see it
poperly formatted. The numbers under the Net prob column are the
probabilities of "all" the paying hands in each category (Flush,
Straight, ...). The Payout numbers are from a standard DB 10/7 table.
The paying hands under each hold are available from any poker
software, and do not depend on the paytable or even the specific
variation of JoB. You get the same numbers from a plain vanilla JoB
as from a Super Double Double Bonus game; for this particular hand.

As further elaboration of my previous post, look up a file I just
uploaded to the Files section: KQJ9 Hold.doc

It is a screen shot of the analysis of this particular hand by FVP and
WinPoker, plus my own Excel solution.

I'll leave it for a week, then delete it.
