My wife and I cruise alot, 2 to 3 times a year. We recived an offer that was to good to turn down on the EPIC on Dec 11, has anyone been on this new ship? I hear the casino is large and just wanted to know what kind of video and pay schedules it has. Any help from anyone? thanks in advance toyman.
NCL Cruise ship EPIC
Sailed on Epic in Sept and cannot recall exact
pay schedule but I do remember they were terrible.
They didn't get a plugged nickel from me.
I hated being nickel and dimed eating at all except two
restaurants.

I will be going this coming Fri.Nov.12th on the Carnival Spirit and will check the casino out but as I know what the to expect on the pay schedules before... If you are a video poker player keep your money in your pocket and enjoy the cruise... When you get home take that money you were going to play on the poor video poker schedules at the ships casino and go to you favorite casino and play their... That VPFREE group should have a VPFREE cruise ship group/database if just to embarass the bastards. Learn a table game is my advice esp.if they are picking up the boooze. Don't know about EPIC but a decent game on an NCL cruise ship is few and far between if any nowadays. It's not like these joints are crowded especially at the $1 VP level. It's greed, stupidity and fear that <96% is norm.

Thanks to all that have replied so far. The reason I ask is that I have found 99% games on a few NCL ships over the years but most on old ships. Two years ago I found 9-6 DDB on a 5 play on the Gem out of Barcelona. Thanks toyman

Some of these cruise ships have been known to have advantage slots. That's the first thing I would want to know about a cruise ship, whether they have advantage slots or not.
