Do the casinos on NCL provide casino credit or ATMs. If not, will they cash a personal check?

If I remember correctly the Pearl had a regular ATM machine at the back of the casino

They do have ATMs which are usually out of service for at least part of the
cruise. You can get up to $2000 a day on your room card charged to your credit
card or any other credit card. The good news is that there are no charges for
the cash advance from NCL and it appears on your credit card as a charge so
there are no cash advance fees from the credit card company.

Generally, you can go to the casino cashier and get cash by charging it to your room account. Usually, there is a limit of $1000-$2000 per day. Whatever credit card you give for room charges will need to have enough available credit to cover the advances. In the past, there has been no charges or fees for this.
