NCL (cruise) Casino Rate?

Based upon outright complimentaries issued by NCL via land-based
casinos, if you're a strong player (at $1 and higher denoms), I
suspect that they provide an avenue by which to confirm your rating
and extend a stronger discount/complimentary.

By the way, on board $1 vp returns tend to run about 97% (drop that by
a percent or more for each drop in denom). From what I can see, once
a discount/complimentary is issued, there's no specific play
requirement. (They presumably rely upon "Stick 'em at sea for a day
and they will play" - which, in general, is probably a pretty good
presumption.)
