Curious to know if anyone on this forum is going on the NCL cruise to Alaska out of Seattle on July 3.
NCL Alaska cruise July 3
We just got back a week ago from the same cruise. We loved it! Our first cruise and first trip to Alaska.
NCL is pretty savvy doing this partnership with Harrah's. I expect they weren't filling the boats anyway, so why not bring a few dozen known mid-to-high roller gamblers on each cruise? We spent another $700 or so on shore excursions which I'm sure they take a percentage of, and another $500 on the boat for various stuff; specialty restaurants, wine, jewelry, internet access, etc. And of course there's the casino.
We were on the NCL Star. Video poker at the dollar level was bad; 7/5 JOB, 6/5 Bonus, and 9/6 DB - 97.8% that's the best one of the bunch.
Glaciers were amazing, scenery in general was vast and beautiful, wildlife was abundant. We were lucky to have clear to partly cloudy skies most of the trip, very little rain.
