I play a lot in San Diego and Las Vegas and can discern no difference
in the RNGs. I tried an online casino and within minutes noticed
glitches, like drawing to three held cards on three play and drawing
the same cards in the same suits in the same positions in all three
hands.
I have a healthy distrust of anyone handling my money, and the local
native casinos pass my sniff test.

Done properly (a trivial task) there is no way any human could detect an RNG rigged for
corrupt purposes simply by playing the machine.

In this case, your sniff test stinks.
Though I think you are probably safe if the machine and manufacturer in question can be
found both in Nevada and on the reservations.
