N9NE Steakhouse at the Palms, was Paris recommends (XVP)

Some things to keep in mind, about N9NE.

First, the food and service are topnotch.

Second, the noise level is very loud when the restaurant is busy. I
therefore recommend going on Sunday through Wednesday, at 5:30 or 6:00 at the latest.
After that, you might have to shout to carry on a conversation with your
dinner companions.

Brian, you are so right about the noise...which is why I'll never eat
there again. An important element of a good dinner is enjoying the
company and conversation of your fellow diners.

I hosted a dinner for six on Christmas evening and the noise level was
absolutely unbearable, much of it due to the music (if you can call it
that) that was being piped in...
