If you got this far, I hope you enjoyed the reading.

I definitely did. I'm glad you got what was good out of the trip -
relaxation and fun playing some games despite being bitten by others. My future
trips be as relaxing but more profitable!

Karen,

Thanks. In reality, between my wife and I we did fairly well. Our
overall return at the Hilton was nearly 98% of our coin-in despite
neither of us hitting anything higher than 4-of-a-kind the whole trip.

We were very happy with the way everything went -- in past trips to
Las Vegas, we have run ourselves ragged trying to get everything
possible in. This was much more enjoyable...I think in all of our
future trips, we will just be picking 1 or 2 non-gambling things to do
and just taking it easy the rest of the time.

Our next trip (combination Vegas, Grand Canyon, and Utah parks over 11
nights) is in August...we can hardly wait!

===============================

Hi Ken,

My husband & I are doing a similiar trip, starting the day after
tommorow.

One week in Phoenix (Mesa, actually) and Tucson for Cubs spring
training, then Sedona, Flagstaff, Bryce & Zion, in Utah, one night
each in Laughlin & Vegas (a last minute addition to our itinerary,
as a birthday ptresent to me, from my lovely husband) before
returning to the ice/snow of Chicago.

I'll let you how great it was when I return.

BTW, I noticed in your very well done trip report, that your wife is
in her last year of law school. So is my GRANDSON (at Columbia/NYC).
Just thought you'd like to know in case you want to get together!

Cheers,

Babe
