Arrived in Las Vegas on Monday the 9th around 9:15am, Checked into Bellagio at 10:30 and got a room right away. Dropped off our luggage and went to the club card to receive my $100.00 FP. Then I sat at a VP machine only for it to eat up my FP asap, then I added another $100.00 don't ask me why I did not walk away, real dumb. After losing my money that fast my friend wanted to go to Hard Rock and try their gambles special to $7.77. I my word the steak was very tender but tasted gross. I mean to get that part of the meat tender they have to soak in in salt water and you sure can taste the sale. I had a few bites but that is all I could eat. I did eat the three shrimps and the salad and bread. We then stayed and I gambled my $50.00 free play on VP not much luck, however I did play awhile on their. My friend then had to go to the rest room. She was taking so long I told her I would meet her at the bar around the corner. I sat down and ordered my usual Bailey's neat and on the third hand hit a four of a kind for $400.00 tipped the bartender $10.00 cashed out and left.
After that we headed back to the room to refresh and get our other coupons for the old Fremont street experience. We got there way before dark as to use every one of my MP and freebees. Played at Fitz for a couple of hours went up and down up and down on VP so I tried Black Jack, did ok as I broke even. Then hit the other casinos and by the time we were done we got to see and feel the Fremont street experience. The Doors played above our heads and then we waited to see Queen. Man I am sure glad I finally got to see it well worth it. Ok by the time we left Fremont Street it was about 10:00pm it took a while to get on the bus back to the strip. We got out at Caesars Palace as my friend had rooms there. Needless to say we were in line about an hour and it did not move once. We called the reservation line and canceled right then and there as one guy was helping the line. What a joke! We walked over to Bellagio were we went up to the room to at refreshed and back down stairs for a bite to eat at the Café' Bellagio. We both had breakfast and it was awesome food however very slow service, so we never ate there again.
The next day we got up late around 10:30 and played at Bellagio for just an hour with again no luck. So we headed over to Palazzo and my friend checked into her room there. As she was doing that I went over to the players club to see if I had any free play from the last three times I played. I had $50.00 which I went over to my favorite 100 penny hand and even though I did not get the machine I wanted I hit and won $400.00 cashed out and met up with my friend in her room. We stay just a few minutes and then went down stairs for a bite at the Café Lux. I love that place in Palazzo the food always seems good. I ordered the Blue cheese salad by friend the chicken salad sandwich and we split both. Was given two refills on the Diet coke and off we were to gamble again. My friend wanted to go to Mirage to look through the Beatles store as we saw the show the last time we were there and she wanted to see if there was something she liked. I played sat down at the VP to play and put in $100.00 only to cash out 30 minutes later with $320.00 My friend wanted to stay and play there I did not so I took a taxi back to Palazzo(could of walked it but wanted to play asap lol) and this time got my favorite 100 penny machine. I put $100.00 in and played three hands of 25 deals only to be dealt on the third hand a Royal Flush in Diamonds for a total of $1,000.00 woohoo! I took a picture with my cell phone and posted on VPFREE site. After that I called my friend and said you must see this and she came slowly over walking from Mirage to Palazzo, while I waited for her I sat waiting for the cocktail waitress to bring me a Bailey's I tipped her a $20.00 and after that some guy came up to me and said how did you do that. I laughed and said I did nothing but push a button. He said he never seen it happen like that before I said neither have I. He left and I waited and waited and waited for my friend to come called my husband and son to tell them I hit a RF and they both were so happy for me.
My friend finally showed up I cashed out and we took a taxi back to Bellagio to have the 2 free buffets I was given. I must say I loved the meal or could it be I was still on cloud nine? After that we went to the room and ordered a movie. My friend of course fell asleep right away and missed the movie. I was up till about 5:30am as I could not fall asleep. Then I slept till 11:00am got up the next day and took some luggage to my friend's hotel at Palazzos and send the night. Took a taxi to Green Valley Ranch, as I always wanted to go since I used to watch the show with Michael Tata, before his untimely death, I was so very sad when that happened. I miss him and the show. We had lunch with my 2-1 coupon and I have to say it was very good. Then was started to gamble, I started of course with VP and my friend with you dumb penny machines. I put in my $100.00 and within half an hour cashed out another $425.00. I looked and for the QQ machine I wanted to play put in $100.00 and lost it so fast I did not try again.
I then found a one hand quarter VP and played it for a while. My friend decided to play VP and sat two seats away from me. She does not know how to play the game so every darn hand she asked me what she should hold. I finally said I am playing and it is messing me up being interrupted. She got mad and said "you won enough how about helping me win some." I old her " If you asked me before I started to play you wanted to play I would of helped you. Now that I am on a roll I do not want to stop." Was that rude of me to say? Well never the less I played five more hand stopped playing and sat down by her and said, ok look at your hand what are you going to keep as she was playing JB. She went to hold the two Queens and one King I said no try again. It took her four tries only to hold the two Queens. Oh my word she could not get the game at all. I told her before she comes the next time she must read up on it and get the VP training program I have and practice practice pactice!!!
We left Green Valley and head back to Palazzo to get really to see at Paris "Sgt. Pepper Live" featuring Cheap Trick. It was great accepted for the drunk who sat by me and would not leave me alone. He asked my name and where II was from of course I told him a fake name and place lol. We left just before the last song was played I did not want to be followed around. I kept telling him I am married he said we are in Vegas Baby yuck. I told him to keep drinking because if I looked good to him, he sure can find someone else that would like to be with him just not me lol.
My friend and I hit a few more casinos with no luck and head to Bellagio for the rest of our stuff and then on to Palazzo. We rented a move which again my friend fell asleep and did not see. It was Queen Latifah's movie Just Wright I loved it, it was cute. Fell asleep around 2:30am.
Check out of both hotels Palazzo and Caesar's Bellagio went southwest counter down stairs of the Pallazo so I did not have to carry them all day as my flight was not to leave till 6:50pm. Went for a Buffett at Wynn's, my friend loves that buffet, however I don't like it that much but she treated so it was ok. Did some a little gambling there, left and went back to Mirage for some VP and JP. I stopped and watched my friend play as I wanted to keep the money I won. I only took $200.00 for the trip and was going to get more if I needed it but I never needed it. Around 4:30pm we took the taxi to the airport only to find out my flight had been delayed over an hour. So of course I played the VP there only to hit two four of a kinds and cashed out and waited and waited for my flight to take off. All and all it was a great trip. I brought $200.00 and came home with over $1300.00 saw a show and ate some great food. I am a little sad though as my hubby said no more trips to Vegas this year. It's hard I went to Vegas 3 times last year and only once this year. I love Vegas I would love to go more often, maybe early next year. Till we meet again Vegas you will always be on my mind
