I am being scammed on craig'slist right now and can't get the police to lift a finger to try and catch the guy!

For a while on MySpace, I was barraged by apparently young, attractive
women, all from Nigeria, who needed money and were eager to pledge
their love for me. Hoping to waste as much of their time as possible
and having too much, myself, I chatted with several of them and told
one that I had sent "her" some money. "She" immediately wrote back

Your best defense, if there is one, is to adjust your privacy settings as securely as possible. If you broadcast your life to the entire world, then expect its unsavory inhabitants to pounce and respond.

And use your money instead where you know it belongs-in a carefully chosen VP machine!
