multistrike at Majestic Star

The 2 multi strike machines by the cash king checkers on the same floor as you enter the boat, are giving no points. They are TITO but the printer isn't working so everything is a hand pay. We are going to check with a host on getting some credit for our play.

I had the exact same problem. I tried playing on Tuesday and got an
error message upon inserting my card so I played upstairs. On Thursday
  I sat down and played for a half hour without realizing that no
points were being accumulated. I double checked at the slot booth and
sure enough zero points were recorded. I brought this to the attention
of Betty Ondo who was going to investigate and credit me with points.
Have not yet received a phone call from her or anyone else.
