Multistrike 5 play bankroll

Any good advice on the reasonable bankroll requirements for dime and quarter 5 play multistrike for full pay JOB, NSUD, full pay TDB (9/7/4), BP, and 7/5 Super Aces. For purposes of this calculation so that we don't have a situation where the game is negative (not enough $$$$ on Earth, maybe Zeta Reticulii II) assume cash back,welfare checks (monthly free play), comps, and random free play equivalent to .50 - .75 (depends on tier level reached)

I believe that "Video Poker for Winners" handles Multi-Strike
