Multistrike 16/10 NSUD strategy?

Does anyone know of the proper strategy for this game? It seems like
the best one to play because you get "off the bottom" more often
than other Multistrike games.

Apropos of the above, can someone tell me what the proper thing to
do is with some common hands containing one deuce---"abnormal" moves
such as 2789x (seems to me right to draw one to the straight), 3SF
one gap (seems right to draw to the SF), etc. etc.? Also
the "winning percentage" of a five-card dump, and so forth. With
this data I can build a viable strategy table via brute calculation.

You can use a tool such as VP Strategy Master, along with the 6/4/2
increment method detailed in Bob Dancer's article on the subject
(see http://tinyurl.com/6nbp), to formulate the proper strategy for
each level of a game.

As far as getting "off the bottom", the frequency of a Free Ride for a
given game is set so that using optimal strategy you'll advance to
subsequent levels approximately 50% of the time, no matter the game
played. Games that have a lower winning hand frequency are
compensated with a higher Free Ride frequency.
