Anyone and EVERYONE get their fare share?

This is one of the BEST CB promos I've ever seen.

If I did the math right, at $2/3 pts on MOST machines,
and even for $4/3 pts on the 100% quarter vp games,
at base rate of .3% and .15%, when MULTIPLIED,
that can really add up fast!

Base 1000 pts earned doubled from $2 to $4 rebate (.6/.3%)
3000 pts ($6 cb) 4x to $24 on 2k/4k (1.2 %, .6% cb)
6000 pts ($12) multiplied to 6x or $72 bonus on 4k/8k

10000 pts ($20 cb) x8 to $160 rebate on 6, 667 or 13, 333
The MAX 20000 pts ($40 cb) x10 = $400 rebate on 13, 333 or $26, 667
ran thru their machines........... Maximum of 3% cb on games!= wow!

I recall this happening once before. Does CBelle run this promo about
once or twice per year?

Lots of DRAWING promos going on at both EW-CB too, although chances
are probably miniscule, given the number of ways tickets given out.
(for guests checking in on offers, etc, etc).

Yes this was a fine multiplier promo. You had to register at the slot club
which is not a big deal, but keeps out the ignorant. My one multiplier play
day ended early at 2X. The maximum points earned in a day is stated as 250,000.

But the Blues & Brews promo was the worst promo CB has done since
Marnell-Sher got the keys last June 1st. Well it ranks right up there all-time with one
River Palms attempted a few years ago.

Once again CB had signage around the casino and rules sheets available at the
slot club. This is a fine feature. But anyone who played any machine
starting at midnight Thursday morning through Noon Sunday got one electronic entry.
Every 500 points earned additional entries. You did not have to swipe to
activate, which I am sure the boothlings appreciated.

But the boothlings were not totally immune. Table game players earned paper
tickets that needed to be converted to electronic drawing tickets. Oops!

So anyone who played at any time over 60 hours on one of the busiest CB
weekends was in the electronic drawing drum...if they knew it or not, or were even
still in town. Also play at EW counted too.

The rules stated a Noon cut-off to earn drawing tickets for the 2pm drawing,
an attempt to cut chaos. The rules stated that the electronic drawing will be
conducted at the CB booth, names will be flashed on the plasma TV.

I wanted to check out the drawing mainly to see how it was handled. I had a
few electronic tickets in the drum, but it seemed this could be messy. It
didn't help the drawing was going against a Blues & Brews act outside who was
doing their only outdoor set for the weekend.

The drawing was actually done using one plasma TV south of the booth, you
know in the corner in front of the Main Cage. Wait a minute, it is now the only
Cashier in the house now! So 300-500 people were standing in front of the
cage, booth and spilling over into the pit.

They had no PA system to use. The Font size on the TV could only be read by
the first few rows of patrons. Winners had 30 seconds. By the time the
operator on the casino wide PA system announced a name they were already on to the
next name.

Wait a minute, they were not just giving away the Harley as a Grand Prize,
but nine other cash prizes. With all the no-shows it took forever to give away
all the prizes. I walked by at 2:35pm and the fiasco was still going on.

So this could be the worst thought out and executed promotion conceived on
the River!
