Multiplier discrepancy

If you use a 5x General Manager multiplier, especially from New Orleans, you should keep records of daily play and make sure they put in the correct multiplier. in November we discovered over $180 in comps missing from Nola 5x multiplier. Also some missing from Biloxi. Now on last trip kept as good a record as possible, and Now another over $100 (10000 points) apparently missing from Nola.

After the November experience I tried to keep even more accurate records, especially noting to end multiplier play at midnight.

Had to contact customer service via Harrahs.com in November, and now contacting them again.

Also, it can take days or weeks for multipliers to show up, so you have to keep checking your account. If they don't show within a couple of weeks, contact customer service.

Starting to wonder, could this be deliberate, since with computerized tracking there shouldn't be this much of a discrepancy.

Ever since losing thousands of dollars in points at one place just
after slot clubs were invented, I've kept careful records of my
points. I write down how many points I start each session with and
how many points the card reader says I've made in each session before
I pull my card out. I compare those records to similar records in
past and future plays. I don't fight for every point I've lost, but
at least twice, after talking to the casino and getting nowhere, I've
gone to the Gaming Commission with detailed records and they've gotten
the casino to give me the points that weren't credited. Once, it took
the casino months, after I made 3 or 4 requests, to credit the points
I had earned.
