Multi-Strike Strategy Play

Several months ago I printed an article by BD on "Multi-Strike-A new
kind of 4-line game" which gave a general strategy for JoB. I've
tried searching the archive, Google, and using as much of the URL at
the bottom of my printout (igtproducts.com), but I can't find it
anywhere. Does anyone know the link?
