hm. i remember testing this game when it first came out and reporting that
i went through 3000 credits in 15 minutes (playing faster than normal,
granted, but still playing by the guidelines already outlined here and elsewhere),
and, jean, you were disbelieving. it can happen!

We made an amateur mistake. We won big the first time we played and it was
just so much fun. I should know better than to judge volatility by one
experience!!!!! It has never been fun since!!!!
Original MS is very volatile, of course, but we have played it enough to
determine that the fun factor makes up for the volatility - and we have
enough bankroll to survive the fun but extreme ride. We figure we won't
live long enough to get to the long term in 5-play MS!
