And, as Dancer says, it is software, not hardware, that is just
sitting there, "computing" a new "seed", thousands of times a
second, ready to spit out a random number, between 0 and 1, whnever
it is asked for one. Other software then turns this "number",
between 0 and 1, into a "card selection".
