They have been coming monthly like clockwork for upwards of 10 years.
I had been getting 3 X points, $100 FP, and the coupon booklet. Has

Ok, then your offers have stopped also. You should have received one
around June 11 covering Sep. and one a week or 2 ago covering Oct.
