MSS and The Cal - Combine Play or Track Separately?

I'm going to be staying at MSS later this month on the Dec promo letter
(comp room. 3x point food coupons, etc).

I've played at MSS often but this will be the first time I stay there.

Does anyone know if MSS and The Cal track play separately or if they
combine play? Specifically, I'm wondering if the 3x points will be
ineffect at both or only at MSS, which is where I'll be staying.

I'm also wondering if there's any benefit to giving all my play to MSS
(roughlly $25K coin in per day) to just MSS or to spreading it out to
both MSS and the Cal?

I stayed at the Cal on a similar deal earlier and they told me the 2X points was only good there.

I average about 12K thru a day, full pay VP only. It gets me a silver
card. It's good at MSS, Cal & Freemont non-gourmet restaurants. Anytime
I wanted to go to gourmet restaurant, the desk gives me a $100 comp.
The last offer I received the 3X points was good at both MSS & Cal.
This is very unusual but it does happen once in a while.

FWIW if you get 3x play at the Cal, you don't at MSS, but, for comps and other purposes, your host can look up play at the other casino upon request for comp purposes and can even look up keno play (they now use your slot card). MSS still has the scratch cards but a as time passes they are worth less and less (more lower value cards) but at MSS you get to piss on the Berlin Wall (something you can't do elsewhere -if u don't get this -call them they will tell you) MSS has 10/7 DB as does the Cal. Cal also has 9/6 JOB, $5 double deck N/S BJ. Coupon books are good value too.
