Just realize that this really is not Bonus Poker eventhough it says
it is. It is 8-5 Jacks with all quads paying 35 for 1 instead of 25
for 1. (Four Winds is 30 for 1 at the $1 level which trims 1.2% off
the EV.) Standard 8-5 Jacks strategy is used for all of these games.
