Folks,
Cruising the web this wet afternoon, I came upon the CT Div. of
Special Revenue, http://www.ct.gov/dosr/cwp/view.asp?
a=2031&q=290516 , and found that both MS & FW have a handle of almost
ONE BILLION dollars a month!
It's also interesting to note that MS's monthly revenues are going
UP, while the [slightly larger] FW is going DOWN.
Although I just had a quick look, draw your own conclusions and let
us all know.

FWIW, I guess maybe more FP VP machines/"looser" slots at MS could
have played a role? Who knows?
What I do know is that, after seeing so many people play $1-$4 on a
dollar VP machine, as well as folks playing less than FP [or the best
that can be expected] machines, the casinos are making out anyway.
I sort of wonder, although it appears counter-intuitive, if, since
lowering taxes increases revenues, would having more FP machines of
ALL types [VP, slots] actually increase casino revenues?
Well, I think it's an interesting point of debate..........
Regards,
Ted
