5 Minutes later, when he had
still not played, I asked if he was going to play. He was quite
drunk and replied that he just hadnt gotten around to it yet. He put
in a $10 and I counted 4 times over the next 20 minutes that he
played 1 cent.

I hate the penny option on the bar tops....the only place to play 9./6
dollars and you wind up sitting next to someone taking up a machine and playing 8
cents a spin! It's particularly frustrating when you have a situation like
you encountered where you can't get a seat and someone is just wasting time on
the pennies. I wish they would add some of the 9/6 dollars to the floor
instead of just having them on the bar tops.

I couldn't agree more, I really don't understand the penny and quarter slot option on the dollar machines. If i were the casino and I were handing out free drinks, I would make it a point to make it at least a dollar minimum at the bartops. This is my biggest complaint about Mohegan on the weekends. But then again its no coincidence that the best pay tables in the casino are at the bar and only allow for 5 credit max. Get you drunk and limit the amount of action...

The lone exception is the lodge bar which has 3 $1 9/6 25 credit machines that i "donated" a thousand to this sunday.
