My experience with a host at MS has been the same. She even has an assistant
and neither returns calls. I have found on a number of occasions that she have
made the reservations I had requested, and just never let me know. I was
thinking of requesting a new host (I've never done that) but from your post, that
wouldn't help. By any chance is your host Laura Fillmore?

Our host is Carla Ford based on receiving a Xmas card with her name
on it 
1) My wife is going to call MS and try to do same. We don't think
its a good idea to ask for a new host. You have to deny that you
have a host and be surprised the computer says your host is so and
so. Will let you know results.
2) Another reason may be that they are not interested in full pay VP
players? Casino software can be sophisticated. The computer may show
actual win/loss and the profit margin is not high enough!
3) I have talked with MS table and slot machine players. They have
been offered free rooms and tournaments from hosts. We recently did
receive $59 room rate offer and the $400 Xmas money in December was
very nice. Anybody FPVP players getting offers of free
rooms/tournaments?
4) Does anyone know what it takes to get rated "Sagamore" club?
Boothling claimed average $50K action/day.
